Returns policy instructions for consumers
Right of return
You may return the goods received without stating any reasons within 1 month by sending the goods back. This time period commences on receipt of these returns policy instructions in writing (e.g. in the form of a letter, fax, e-mail) by the recipient (for repeat orders of equivalent goods, not before the first part-delivery has been performed) and not before performance of our obligation to provide this information according to Clause 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Sec. 1 and 2 EGBGB. Only in case of goods that cannot be sent in parcel form (e.g. bulky items), you may exercise your right of return through a request in writing to return them. The time limit is adhered to if the goods are sent back/the request to return the goods is sent in time. In any case, the return of the goods is performed at our expense and risk.

Consequences of returns
In the case of a valid return of the goods, the performances received by both parties shall be returned and, if applicable, the benefits drawn transferred. If the condition of the goods has deteriorated and in the case of benefits (e.g. advantages of use) that cannot or in part cannot be returned or can only be returned in deteriorated condition, you will have to pay compensation for this to us. You will only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the goods and for the benefits drawn, if the benefits drawn or the deterioration are a result of handling the goods in a way that exceeds the standard testing of the features and functions of the goods. "Standard testing of the features and functions of the goods" means the testing and trying out of the respective goods as would be possible and normal in a store. Obligations as regards reimbursements of payments must be met within 30 days. For you, the time limit commences with shipping the goods back to us or with sending us your request to return. For us, this time limit begins on receipt.

Note: The right of return does not apply to contracts.
– relating to the supply of goods that have been manufactured according to the customer's specifications or are obviously customized to his needs or, owing to their nature, are not apt to be returned. This restriction does not apply to goods that are assembled out of pre-fabricated standard components according to the consumer's order, provided that these can be separated again with relatively little effort and without impairing their substance or functionality,
– relating to the supply of audio or video recordings or of software, if the consumer has unsealed the data carriers.
